What happens after I order?

After you order you will receive an email receipt for your order. Within 24 hours you will receive a delivery confirmation email from our staff. This email will include:

Address verification
Date of first delivery
Information on future delivery day of the week
Request for specific information about your delivery ( door code, property management information and any preferred delivery instructions ).

How do I sign up for Full Service delivery?

We will send you a delivery confirmation email within 24 hours of your delivery.

In this email you will be provided with information on the type of service you have signed up for. If you would like full service instead of regular service, please state this in your reply.

How do I sign up for Weekly deliveries?

We will send you a delivery confirmation email within 24 hours of your delivery. In this email you will be provided with information on the type of service you have signed up for. If you would like weekly deliveries instead of bi-weekly deliveries, please state this in your reply.

What comes with my first delivery?

Your first delivery includes the dog potty box and your first dog grass package.

It is not necessary for you to be home at the time of delivery, we can leave the box and grass package at your door.
