When using pee pads you often have to clean up urine that has spilled off the side of the pee pad and many times dogs simply miss the pee pad. We have made our indoor grass potty sturdy and strong enough to be used indoors and outdoors. When living in an apartment with a balcony or patio area it is always better to use your indoor grass potty in the outside area. If you don’t have that option it can be used indoor with no issues.
