How will I billed?
We deliver the grass every 7 or 14 days and we bill every 28 days.
Once you have purchased you will be billed every 28 days after. The payment card you used when you made your first purchase will be the card billed. If you would like to change the payment card used for future billing please contact customer service at support@doggyandthecity.com.

What is the pricing for regular service?
Our regular delivery service includes a delivery every 14 days
- Small Dog Potty Box: $50 / every 4 weeks
- Large Dog Potty Box: $60 / every 4 weeks
What is the pricing for full service?
Our full service includes a delivery every 14 days, and we change the grass for you.
- Small Dog Potty Box: $100 / billed every 28 days
- Large Dog Potty Box: $120 / billed every 28 days
What happens if my credit card is declined for my grass delivery service?
If your card on file in our system is declined we will contact you to update your payment information with a phone call and email. If there is no response we will skip a delivery until the payment information is updated.
Do you charge for the dog potty box?
We provide you with a dog potty box to use while you have dog grass delivery service. If you cancel your dog grass delivery service we will pick up the box from you. In the case that you do not make the dog potty box available for pick up you will be charged $100.
